On January 27, 2026, Congressmember Laura Friedman visited the Burbank Model Congress Club. Hearing directly from 40+ student constituents, the Congressmember shared her input on the realities of public service in such a polarized environment. We thank her for speaking with students about bills she has authored, and we thank her for her resounding efforts to engage students in the democratic process.
