Meet the Mayor 2026

The Burbank Model Congress Club was joined by Mayor Tamala Takahashi & Vice Mayor Zizette Mullins at Burbank High School for our annual Meet the Mayor event. Students heard directly from the Mayor and Vice Mayor on their inspirational backgrounds before joining the City Council, along with advice they had to offer the next generation of Burbank’s leaders. Both the Mayor and the Vice Mayor highlighted the club’s efforts promoting civics as crucial for the future of the city.
